Leadership isn't something I've learned about in a classroom. I've been there and done it.
I've led people. I've managed change. I've dealt with organisational pressure. I've made difficult decisions.

When you're a senior leader, you've probably already got plenty of people giving you advice.
Your team has opinions. Your colleagues have opinions. Your organisation has expectations. You likely have a good idea yourself about what you should do.
What you often don't have is somewhere to think.
Somewhere completely confidential where you can say what you're really thinking. Explore the options without having to defend them. Challenge your own assumptions. Work through the things you wouldn't necessarily say to your colleagues.
That's where I come in.
I bring experience of leadership, an independent perspective and the willingness to ask the questions that might be uncomfortable — without telling you what the answer should be.
My job isn't to give you answers.

- I'll highlight the assumptions you are making
- I'll be helping you identify what's getting in the way
- I'll be helping you to think about limiting beliefs you may have which are holding you back
- And I'll help you explore what you might see differently if you weren't so close to the situation.
Sometimes the most useful question will be the one you didn't expect me to ask.

- I'll be supportive, but I'll help you to go beyond surface level thinking
- If I think you're avoiding something, I'll say so
- If you're blaming the situation when there might be something within your control, I'll encourage you to take ownership
- I'll challenge you where it matters.
- I'll work with you to explore options, overcome the barriers and find the most helpful ways to approach your goals
